MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Some helpful hints for Managing LCOIRFC teams

1. PLAYER WELFARE
This is the most important job of a manager.
Please make this your priority and make sure they have water.
Special care should be take when a player is issued with a Blue Card ie Head Injury.

2. SUPPORT THE COACH
Where possible please allow the coach to coach, help where you can.
This often means making sure we have reserves.
Where possible reserves should be wearing yellow singlets to be easily identified if in the crowd.
3. JERSEYS & FOOTBALLS
Please ensure Jerseys are distributed and collected after each game.
Also ensure the coach has at least 2 footballs for warmup.

4. SCORING
Live Scoring is completed via the FuseSport App.
Please record scoring events, red, yellow and blue cards via this App.
You can always get a friend or parent to help with this.

5. RUNNERS & RESERVES
Please ensure the team has adequate Trainers, Medics, Touch Judges and they are wearing the appropriate singlets

6. EQUIPMENT
Each Manager should have a LCOIFC game day bag which will include supplies including singlets, flags and spare set of socks etc.
Please ensure this is looked after and advise the committee if you need more supplies.
7. REGISTER
Please make sure players are registered - they can do this online at the link below.
