Lane Cove Junior Rugby Union (LCJRU) is a separate entity to the Lane Cove Old Ignatians Rugby Club. 
 

Whilst a separate club, the Juniors began its life as part of the as part Lane Cove Rugby Union senior side and was founded in 1951. LCJRU is one of the 8 Village Clubs that comprise the Gordon District and offers boys and girls the opportunity to play rugby from Under 5s through to Under 16s.

The close connection between the Junior and Senior remains.
